Universal held is first annual sales conference on 28th and 29th April, at Swinton Park, Masham, as the picture shows - Flat Caps at the Ready.

The two day event saw the Universal sales and project management teams come together with key suppliers and manufacturers to the audio visual industry for first and foremost work, with a little fun added into the mix.

Celebrating its 26th year in business the conference provided Universal with the ideal opportunity to focus activities, cement existing relationships and plan projects for the forthcoming year ahead.

Swinton Park provided the perfect setting for internal meetings, and supplier presentations on product development - a common message from all was "Once you have seen this presentation it will self destruct in 30 seconds."

The Sales conference provided the opportunity to share information and plan on how we can develop relationships further to target markets and verticles and plan key marketing campaigns together.

Being in the 17th Century Castle promoted some fun team building activities with shooting within the grounds being on the agenda for the afternoon, that was once everyone had checked in and wound their way back to reception through the various maze of secret passage ways and corridors. A Very grand evening dinner took place in the library where the winners were presented. Downton Abbey, eat your heart out!
