Leeds Beckett University has awarded Universal AV with a single source supplier agreement for audio visual solutions for the next 3 years, with a further option to extend, after a competitive tendering process.

Universal AV Services has prided itself on being able to help local groups in the community, and this year is delighted to announce the sponsorship of kit for Hexham football club.

The club approached Duncan Cave, Universal Account Manager and coach for sponsorship for a new kit towards the end of the previous season. Universal AV Agreed to sponsor the kit, buying them ready for the 2016 season, and proudly having the Universal AV logo on the front.

Investors in People, is the leading people management standard, which specialises in transforming businesses through people.

When the company turned 25 earlier this year, Managing Director Carl Harris, stood and thanked everyone, stating that Universal AV is the company that it is today because of its people. The company ethos and dedications to its people and training has enabled Universal to provide the quality of service it has to its customers, as well as retain loyal staff.

Universal AV Receive Vital Tick and Crown ISO9001 Accrediatation

Universal AV Services is committed to the quality services and audio visual solutions it provides to its customers throughout the education, public and private sectors and has recently undertaken an ISO9001 audit, in which Universal AV were recommended for certification.

Fully committed to the ISO9001 process, the company set up a strategic team, wanting to ensure that the processes in place were scalable and reliable and could withstand the busiest of periods in the AV industry.

Using Alcumus, ISOQUAR, a UKAS accredited body to achieve the certification, the company sailed through the audits.
